How to do my Health Screening?

As a reminder, all students must complete a health screening daily in order to enter the building. Use this link: healthscreening.schools.nyc/ and your DOE account credentials to log in and complete the brief survey. You can download the app to your smartphone as well and do the daily survey on your phone.
