For Families

Step 1: Get What You Need to Start

If your child attends an NYCPS or Charter School, you will need your child’s nine-digit student identification number (OSIS) to begin the survey online. You can find the OSIS number on your child’s report card or student ID. If you cannot locate it, contact your child’s school.

Step 2: Enter Your Access Code on the website OR complete the paper survey and send back to school

Step 3: Complete the Survey!

DEADLINE: APRIL 17, 2026

Thank you to the vendors that gave donations for the PTA event.  Without your support, this event would not have been possible!Screenshot 2026 03 16 at 8.21.55 AM

Guardians:  Don’t forget conferences are here.  Teachers have shared their schedules with you to sign up to meet.  Report cards and regents letters will be mailed out shortly but will not arrive to you in time for these conferences.  You can check grade progress though via your NYC Schools Account.

March 25th is SAT School Day at Grady.  Mark your calendars!  All Juniors are scheduled for the SAT and Sophomores are scheduled to take the PSAT 10 at NO COST to students!  Practice makes perfect and so, use Khan Academy or Collegeboard website to practice questions and prior exams to prepare!
