2023 NYC School Survey

Guardians:

You should have received in the mail the 2023 NYC School Survey.  This is your opportunity to provide feedback about the school.  We ask that you take 10 minutes out of your day in order to do so.  Hear more about this survey from our Chancellor.

Completing the survey is easy.  Just:

1. Go to https://www.schools.nyc.gov/about-us/reports/school-quality/nyc-school-survey

2. Click the “Take the 2023 NYC School Survey” button

3. Enter the passcode, which is f and the osis # of your child.

Deadline for taking the survey is March 31st.
